From Our CEO
To our airline and aviation partners,
We founded Anaconda Aviation Services with a simple belief: ground handling in Egypt should be as predictable and data-driven as the airlines it serves. International airlines and charter operators deserve more than generic promises—they deserve clear ownership on the ground, consistent standards between airports, and KPIs that are measured, reported and acted on.
Our teams are led by people who have run stations and lived airline operations. We operate with unified SOPs aligned to the IATA Airport Handling Manual, a 24/7 Cairo Ops Desk, CMMS-tracked GSE and audit-ready documentation as standard. From Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, our promise is straightforward: your aircraft turn on time, safely, and with every critical action on record.
We may be a new name in ground handling in Egypt , but we are not new to this work. Our advantage is focus: one country, one network, one SLA, clear KPIs. For overseas carriers entering Egypt for the first time—or looking to simplify an existing footprint—we aim to be the partner you rely on when it matters most: tight connections, peak seasons, irregular operations and high-profile VIP or charter movements.
Thank you for considering Anaconda Aviation Services. My team and I look forward to earning your trust, one turnaround at a time.

Who we are
About Anaconda Aviation Services
We founded Anaconda Aviation Services to bring predictability and transparency to ground handling in Egypt. Too many international and regional operators face the same issues—unclear ownership on the ground, fragmented ground handling agents at different airports, inconsistent standards between stations, and KPIs that are talked about more than they’re tracked.
Anaconda is different by design.
Our leadership team—former station and airline operations managers—combines hands-on field experience with modern systems, raising the bar for safety, communication and on-time performance. We focus on one market, airport ground handling services in Egypt, with one network and one SLA, so airlines get a single accountable partner across Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.
We run stations the way airlines run fleets: disciplined SOPs, live data, and accountability on record.
Our Mission
Predictable turns. Safer ramps. Transparent reporting.
We turn disciplined processes and measurable KPIs into lower delay costs, smoother audits and better passenger experiences for our airline partners. Our mission is to set a new benchmark for ground handling companies in Egypt—reliable, transparent and relentlessly focused on performance for both local and international operators.
Our Values
Precision · Safety · Reliability
These values guide every turnaround and every interaction. We believe professionalism and performance are inseparable—and that evidence should back both. Whether we are handling a wide-body for a global carrier at Cairo, a leisure charter at Sharm El Sheikh, or a VIP movement in Hurghada, the standard remains the same.
